WORKING
FOR
VETERNITY

OUR COMPANY CULTURE

A decentralised group encouraging the engagement of each individual

Inside the Group, the organisation and management are decentralized. Each country has autonomy over its organisation and how the work is carried out. Two regional managers supervise the area development in Europe and North America and are based in Dusseldorf and Montreal. They relay the Group policy. Support functions are located at our Villeneuve D’Ascq headquarters, and only intervene whenever a country needs the specific skills they do not have locally.

The company has a culture that encourages expression and free speech. The teams are truly committed to the company and take pride in their work and in their mission.

Our employees are the best people to tell you about us

« What I love about my job is the important moments shared with families, the stories they tell about their pets, the emotions we share…” »

Nolwenn-Huriez
Nolwenn Huriez
Funeral hostess, Guérande, France

“You need empathy and love for animals, but also flexibility and great organizational skills. You need to be able to react quickly and remain alert to the needs of the owners.”

Nancy-Legare
Nancy Legaré
Supervisor, Rigaud, Canada

“I have a wonderful job. I feel useful, I’m the link between the owner and the pet during the last goodbyes. I’m responsible for these animals that have been entrusted to me and I am moved when I pet them one last time on behalf of their family. It’s a strong symbol of the bond that exists between humans and their four-legged companions.”

“My name is Christiane and I manage Cremare in Wesel. I am the contact person in relation to Horsia horse cremation. At Horsia, I advise horse owners on our possible services and, in parallel, coordinate the special interaction in Germany between the veterinary office and the veterinarian. I support the grieving horse owners so that they only have to take care of the most necessary things. My horse Joe and my tomcat Lucky mean a lot to me and I know how bad the loss of an animal is for the owners.”
